We have been making our Ice Cream the same way for over 90 years now. The machines maybe newer and our choice of flavors may have increased but the traditional recipes and processes have been kept the same. Born from a need by the Seattle Public Schools initiative, Herman Miller (Jacks Grandfather) brought a Ice Cream maker and started learning the process and refining the flavor profiles. Even today we are still learning and developing but we keep to the core recipes and processes that have been passed down from generation to generation in the Miller Family.
